I grew up on the Carolina coast and migrated to Chicago long enough ago to experience Dye's victorious White Sox in '05, the unstoppable Blackhawks of '10, '13 and '15, and of course those goat cursed, lovable [losers?] of 2016.  Oh yeah, then there's that winter thing; the 2011 Snowpocalypse and the 2014 Chiberian freeze.  And I'm proud to call this place home.  

I graduated with my marketing degree from DePaul University, obtained my marketing degree with a focus on sales and consumer behavior.  Combining the academics with my background has allowed me to gain a much wider perspective, while keeping my focus clear.

 I'm a foodie.  I enjoy crafting chilis, BBQing, and finding amazing dishes wherever I can.  Segway into my love of traveling (check out Funky Monkey's portfolio), which I plan to continue for the rest of my life.

On those warm summer days, you can find me out on the beach, playing volleyball or biking around this beautiful city.

I'm not immune to binge-watching my favorite shows, creating something artistic (or trying to) and getting lost in a new book.

Most importantly, regardless of what I do, I am always on the look out for the next amazing interaction.  I truly enjoy meeting new people and learning, so don't let the far-reaches of the internet keep you from introducing yourself.
