Built out the 2017 event calendar for the Chicago market. This included negotiating contracts, developing relationships, sourcing /managing a team of 15 brand ambassadors, resolving billing matters, and handling logistical issues - all while staying under budget and surpassing expected KPI goals and program metrics.
